NEWC’s annual fundraising event set for October 27 and 28, 2017

Mark your calendars for the 15th annual Night of a Thousand Faces 2017!  NEWC’s biggest fundraising event of the year will take place this year on Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.

Night of a Thousand Faces has become an annual fall tradition, with hundreds of people of all ages coming to enjoy the pre-Halloween special event. Hundreds of carved pumpkins will light the way along your evening walk on the Center’s Andrea McKenna Harris Nature Trail.

As we like to say, “Walk the Andrea McKenna Harris Nature Trail in a whole new light as hundreds of jack-o-lanterns illuminate the night!”

Professionals artists and members of our community carve wonderful faces and designs – we’re always amazed by the beauty, humor, and creativity!

Night of a Thousand Faces is also our biggest fundraising event of the year. NEWC receives no federal or state funding to provide emergency veterinary care for thousands of wild animals.  We rely entirely on people like you to support wildlife care and education efforts at NEWC!

The admission price for kids and adults is $8 per person. Refreshments will be available for purchase, including popcorn courtesy of The Next Page Cafe, cotton candy, cookies, apple cider, water, and other treats!
